Sharing hotel room with someone who doesn't know about my issues, don't know what to do

Hi,
I'm going to a convention in a few weeks with a friend who doesn't know about my incontinence, and we decided to share a hotel room to save money. However, they don't know about my incontinence, and I don't know how to make it an entire weekend (Friday night, Saturday, Sunday morning/afternoon) without them finding out.

Should I just try to make pullups work since they're more discreet, or what? I don't want them to find out I have these issues and/or have to wear protection to deal with them.

Hey. Long story short, my OT thinks my incontinence is related to my autism and its associated interoception problems. She came up with a plan of how to hopefully fix my incontinence by building back bodily awareness, and this is the first step (sent to me in an email). I just wanted to get an extra pair of eyes on it and see if there were any red flags I'm missing?

TLDR: the plan is to
- try to keep track of how much I'm going to the bathroom
- try to have a bathroom schedule (and a schedule for eating and drinking, because those are also things I struggle with)
- Do this body scan thingy to try to reconnect body signals to my brain.
