Is there some kind of place for a community in Düsseldorf for artsy or music people? Particulary looking for the music or hiphop (not dancing) direction

as the post says, im wondering if there is any sort of community or a place existing for people of music, art and hiphop in düsseldorf? The culture of hiphop seems to be almost non existent in germany, I hope to get proven wrong. Any other artsy or music stuff in such direction is also fine))
