Hey everyone! Looking for help on this brand new washer/dryer from GE that is going crazy when washing clothes.

I believe this is the unit number: GE GUD27ESMMWW

It appears that the shipping bolt was removed during installation (according to the manual, there is only one on the bottom right handside and there's only a hole there now. I can't upload the picture).

Unit seems level and stable, when it's off I can't rock it back and forth.

This video is with just one bedsheet on the drain and spin cycle.

Any ideas? Should I just send the video to my landlord and have someone come take a peek?

Scared that I'll cause a leak and flood my condo...
