non-integer "EDO"?

i'm doing some analysis myself trying to check for good EDOs, and i'm noticing that, for example, a step size of 1200/27.1315..c can approximate 11-limit intervals quite well; the octave is tempered but allows for other intervals to get better too. what is this called? does this have a name?

context: i found this piece of paper among some of my childhood things. i remember distinctly that this is a puzzle, but i can't for the life of me remember the source or goal of it

you'd print this pattern from a piece of paper and fold along the dotted lines, cut along the solid ones. the paper needs to have one side a different color from the other. then there was some goal, to fold it only along the dotted lines and somehow use the flap to make some special shape or pattern. does anyone recognize this puzzle?
