Hi, I would love to build a padel court(s) in South West London. There is a local community centre which has two old tennis courts.

Do you think it would be possible to convert one of these tennis courts into two padel courts? What is the likelihood of that proposal getting accepted by the council and do you guys know how the rental/revenue sharing structure would work for something like this?

If anyone has experience doing something similar, I would appreciate any thoughts on this.
