Tipping?

I recently contracted for a well-reviewed service to give our 2BD/2Bath, 2,000 sq ft house a deep-clean. No laundry, dishes, tidying, or organizing: just floors, baseboards, shower glass, interior windows and window-sills, ceiling fans, etc... No weird messes, but plenty of dust to deal with.

The owner of the 2-person company came by for a walk-thru, and totally seemed to understand what we want. Her quote seemed spot-on for what we were asking: $350 for what she estimated to be about 6 - 8 hours, on her own.

The owner of the company will be doing the cleaning. Am I still expected to tip her?

I hope that doesn't sound douche-y. In the past I've tipped cleaners who worked for a larger agency; in this case I'm paying directly to the woman who owns the company. I value her time, but not sure if paying a gratuity on top of her quoted rate is expected... ?

Ya'll let me know, please!
