I was having issues with Moments not recording my games around three months ago, since my newest clips is that old, not even a desktop recording was possible, but I stopped playing games for which I would have much use of clips of my moments so I just brushed it off as a temporary issue. Now I was starting it again and noticed that I WAS able to record my desktop shortly after booting my PC, but it gets shut down after a few seconds and won't let me record again, so it's likely a background process that prevents it from recording... Anyone had a similar issue?
