I bought my mum an Edge 50 Neo almost a year ago thinking it'd be a decent basic phone. I recently looked at her phone and noticed all this spam! There are even ads on her lock screen.

My mum isn't tech savvy and her eyesight isn't the best so I don't want her seeing and clicking things she shouldn't. Could anyone let me know what things I should clear from her phone/what settings I should adjust?

(I saw that the lock screen ads are from an app called Live Lock Screen that I can't remove and even when I disable it, it keeps coming back..)
