Which Triforce design would work best as a 25mm pin? Need your feedback!

Hi everyone!

I’m currently working on some Triforce pin designs in Procreate to go with my rupee design and I’m torn between these two versions (just small difference)

My main concern is the size: I’m planning to have them made as 1 inch wooden pins, and I’m worried that the small details/symbols might get lost or look muddy once manufactured. (I feel like 1,5 inch would be too much maybe I’m wrong ?)

Which one do you prefer aesthetically (1 or 2) ? And based on your experience with pins, which one do you think will translate better to a small scale?

(You can also tell me if my design worth it or if it won’t sell, I take any advice I could have )

Thank you !🙏

First convention (250k attendees 😭 please help me) — how much stock should I bring per item?

Hi!

I’m preparing for my very first convention this July (a very big one — around 250,000 attendees 😭), and I’m struggling to figure out how much stock I should bring.

I create in an original universe (witchy / Japanese-inspired), and I’m planning to sell:

  • Stickers
  • Pins
  • Acrylic bookmarks
  • Hand fans

(I mainly make stained glass pieces, but I want to offer more affordable items as well.)

My main question is about quantities per item.

I’ve seen advice saying “bring at least 5 of each design”, but that feels way too low considering the size of the event. At the same time, I’m scared of overproducing since it’s my first con and I have no sales data yet.

So I’m trying to find a realistic balance:

  • How many units per design would you recommend for a large convention?
  • Do you prioritize variety or depth (more designs vs more stock per design)?
  • Are there items you’d bring more of (stickers?) and others less of?

Any advice, numbers, or personal experiences would really help 🙏

👉 First time ordering from Vograce for Japan Expo – timing & quantity advice?

Hi!

I’m an artist who mainly creates stained glass pieces, but for my first convention (Japan Expo — yeah, big challenge for a first time 😭) I’d like to offer more affordable items that still fit my universe.

So I’m planning to order from Vograce, but I’ve never used them before and I’d really appreciate some advice 🙏

  • How long does shipping usually take to Europe (France)?
  • How early should I order before an event?
  • Any advice on quantities for a first convention? (I have no idea how much stock I should prepare 😭)
  • Do they handle cut lines themselves, or do I need to prepare files with bleed/margins? (I’m not very familiar with that part yet)
  • Any general tips or things to avoid for a first order?

I’m a bit stressed about timing and quantities, so any feedback or experience would really help!

Thanks a lot 💜
