Hello guys, i bought a computer last year, i live in an older house and i feel static in the back of the case whenever it is on, some months ago i was using a keyboard and i coule feel strong static around it, i thought the issue was on that keyboard, and just today i felt that same thing on the back of my pc case, its obviously off now and i wont turn it on until i find out what it is

I pay rent here so i didnt want to spend a lot to fix something that isnt my responsibility to fix, iff anyone knows what it could be or iff i could spend less to fix this, please.

I tried different oulets and i still feel it.
