Philly Suburbs Asphalt Quotes for ~3,250 SQ FT

Hey guys, I'm back with some quotes and need some help deciding! I have approximately 3,000 sq ft of existing driveway and an extra 250 sq ft of expansion. Information below is what I was given, some gave tons, some gave inches. None of the companies suggested any fabric and actively said I didn't need it. I have 1 more guy coming out this weekend.

Quotes as follows:

  1. $16,000 - 60 tons of asphalt (1 layer), 35 tons of stone, 3" compressed, 3 year warranty, most google reviews in the area.
  2. $16,000 - 4" of gravel, 2" binder, 2" top, 2.5" compacted, wants to dump extra soil in my backyard, oldest company in the area, 1 year warranty, no deposit needed, pay when done
  3. $22,000 - 40 tons of gravel, 30 tons of BC, 30 tons of top, 1 year warranty

I ran these numbers through Gemini thinking model and it suggested I go with the 22k quote. What do you guys think? Do I need class 4A fabric? I only drive EVs so my cars are all almost 6,000 lbs.
