I ordered the item from Bolt. DPD gave an hour-long delivery window, but it's now past that hour and still no delivery. I understand delays might happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but DPD sent no updates regarding when the next delivery will be, if the delivery will still push through, or where the heck the parcel is. I advised Bolt not to use DPD. It's frustrating. Now I don't know how long the ice pack will keep the item cold, especially in this warm weather.
