Hot Take: I actually don't mind that Peter and Miles both coexist in the same universe and both are called Spider-Man.

Since majority of people prefer that Miles should be Spider-Man when Peter is dead, I actually don't have problems with Miles coexisting with Peter as both Spider-Man in title. Since I can already imagine that they will also pull this stunt in MCU other than Insomniac Games. As long as Peter and Miles don't share the same age that is.
