Hi everyone. I have been making L.reuteri yogurt for the past year inconsistently. Whenever I start consuming L.reuteri yogurt I noticed I wake up too early from sleep usually around 5am. although I don't sleep long enough but I wake up feeling refreshed and I don't feel sleepy throughout the day. my concern is since I get about 5-6 hours of sleep as opposed to 7-8 hours. I'm just wondering if it's healthy?
