23, no dental insurance, broken molar for 5ish years getting awful

i'm just not really sure what to do, growing up i was neglected and didnt go to the dentist much anyways but when i was 18 i remember my back molar chipping while i was at work, and throughout the years its chipped more and more until its half a tooth now. im pretty sure its dead as that specific tooth doesnt hurt anymore though the pain was absolutely awful there for a good long while, now im moreso worried about a serious infection as i keep waking up in extreme sweats, my gums surrounding the tooth feel like this constant tingling soreness and the teeth surrounding the molar all are beginning to hurt like how i remember the molar began hurting, before getting almost unbearable and now im scared as its multiple. my head and jaw/mouth in specific have been super shaky to the point of other people asking if im okay and why i seem so jittery and pale. i probably look like a damn crackhead but im thinking it has to be an infection because its come on so randomly. i seriously just dont know what to do, i have 32¢ in my account with no insurance, my phones battery has swollen up the point it cracked my screen last week and wont hold a charge even ON the charger (which i know is dangerous anyways so i busted out the ancient laptop don't worry), i have no means of transportation, and 2 days ago i was sued (and lost,, didnt have a way there it was cities away😭) for a loan that defaulted well,,,, because of the situation im in. i feel so lost and hopeless but i'm so scared i might become septic soon and thats whats happening, i just have a gut feeling. :( does anyone have any experience in similar situations and what did you guys do for the infection in specific
