How do I change this hose bib? I cant determine if I twist off the bib at point A or B or do I have to cut the bib between point B and C? Any advice would help.

Hi all. Im attempting to change a leaky hose bib but was confused about how the bib is connected. It appears to be a CPVC to copper connection to hose bib? Do I disconnect the hose bib and twist off at point A or B? Or do I cut off the bib connection at the CPVC point between points B and C? I hope this is a DIY so I can save a few bucks. Any help would be appreciated.
