Saturn 4 Ultra (12k) - Firmware issues.
Hi there.
Its been a while since I 3d printed something, and as I booted up my SU4 it came up with an update. No problem I thought, I press the update, it downloads it, asks me to restart the machine.
It boots up however mid boot somehow the printer just turns off on its own? When I turn it back on its stuck in an infinite boot. To me it looked like a corrupted update. So I went online to trobuleshoot, I found a few cases like this and it seemed like the only way was to flash a firmware update.
I format the USB download an older version of the firmware (The version I had before the update corrupted.) And I flash it.
I go to print, And wait. After 3 hours, I come back to the printer to take off the print, but what I find is a completly empty buildplate. I do some trobuleshooting again, and it seems that I somehow installed the wrong version of the firmware? As the LCD isnt shining at all. (The ai camera also doesnt give any view).
I wrote to Elegoo support but well its the holiydays so they won't write back to me for now.
Now I write here to ask for help, as I was stoked to finaly have some free time from uni and paint some minatures but alas.
I'd apriciate any help! Thanks and happy easter!
