Reopening account?
Has anyone had any success in this? I opened a HRB account years ago while visiting family in FL for about a week. I left back to NY and resumed using my sportsbooks there. Earlier this year I came for another visit and tried to download HRB to find my account was closed, I reached out to customer service which was very delayed in responses, by the time they were ready to have me submit verification, I was on a plane back to NY. This time around I have moved to FL permanently. I was aware I might have to reopen the dormant account so I reached out last week to try and open it. Obviously lots of playoffs and UFC this week and I’ve had to revert to Prizepicks just to get some sort of action to keep me interested in the games. The pace of HRB’s emails are like once a day, sometimes they are repetitive, asking me if I have a gambling problem (my unit sizes are super small usually never more than $25), they’ve asked me to verify my ID twice through separate ID check websites. I’ve tried to stay on top of them in an effort to simply get this account reopened but the lack of correspondence is absurd. They really have a monopoly on gambling in Florida.
