there is no hint from the front side of building that there should be an interior, but it is. It serves no purpase but its cool as hell
So, around year ago, I anounced that I will map and mark every single interior in GTAIV, it took me a lot, I mean A LOT of time, but its finally done, really hope someone will use it for exploring this beautiful city. I would recommend you to start with the Green ones, there is a lot of yellow but that staff is not that important (still marked it thou). Also, Alderney is full of not completed shops, garages, maybe it was ment to be this way but idk, here are some photos. I look to see your feedback and if I forgot something, please remind me, thx
