What’s something about Rishikesh that only long-term visitors or locals truly understand?

Being a localite, I can visit Rishikesh again and again and never really feel bored. There’s something about this place that’s hard to explain in words like it’s more of a feeling. The calm, the energy, the peace it gives…😌it just hits differently every time.

I’m curious how others experience it. For long-term visitors, did your perspective on Rishikesh change over time? And for locals, does that sense of peace stay the same, or does it slowly become normal?

What’s something about Rishikesh that only someone who has spent real time here would truly understand?

Drop your go-to comfort food when a day feels heavy.

Mine is honestly just a chai + momos/aloo tikki chaat or any random street food. 😭

Nothing fancy, just something warm and chatpataaa😌😋 that feels like a small reset in the middle of chaos.
What about you guys? 🤔
