I was filming one of my pregnant shrimp and I seen them drop an egg… is there anything I should do or will it be fine?

I picked up the shrimp in the front from my local pet store that sells neocaridina’s…I was wondering if it was actually a neo or something else because it is bigger than my biggest neo in here.
