Downward dog KILLS me.
So I've been doing yoga for years, but recently (like maybe for a year ish), there's like a 50/50 chance I can't do downward dog.
it's not a flexibility issue, my hamstrings are used to it— rather, it feels like all the blood starts pooling into my head and the pressure is genuinely horrible.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to mitigate it?
