Somewhat niche problem
To get straight to the point; my girlfriend likes to sleep while on Instagram call since we're long distance currently. The issue is, I have tinnitus and like wearing my manta Bluetooth sleep mask 2.0 to play rain sounds while I sleep. This used to work perfectly fine, we would sleep on call so she feels safe, and I have rain sounds with a mix of snoring in my ears which I find relaxing as well.
Now that's out of the way, onto the actual problem:
For some reason recently, my sleep mask has been disconnecting and reconnecting constantly, as in it will change the output from phone to sleep mask on loop but only while in a call (it works perfectly normal outside of call), making it almost impossible to sleep.
Just wondering if anyone would know a possible way to fix this? I've been trying to fix it for a month with no luck.
Extra details in hopes it helps:
- I use a google pixel 10 pro xl
- It stopped working after I tried setting it up on my laptop to have my mic pickup from my laptop and play sound through the mask which worked fine, but now it doesn't even work on the laptop or any other devices after that night
- I've fully reset the sleep mask, Bluetooth settings, and disconnected it from every single device it's been connected to
- 95% sure it's the mask doing it, since all other Bluetooth devices don't do it but the mask does it in every device I own
- I used to have the original Manta Bluetooth sleep mask that I used for it as well but it started to get a little old so I replaced it with the newer model. I tried using it again since this problem happened, and guess what? That doesn't work either
If someone can please help, I feel like I'm going insane over this
