I have a lower overdenture on two implants and I have had issues with them breaking, even while eating soft food . It was sent back to the lab for wire mesh reinforcement. I am always very careful, but I dropped my overdenture today and they went bouncing along the bamboo floor about two feet. Yet, they do not appear damaged. I hope I didn't weaken them too much. I do not see any hairline fractures. Did I get lucky? Or is the denture just waiting to snap at first bite? I am nervous to eat anything at this point.
