Trying to get better at preparing before sales calls, but I feel like I’m either overchecking everything or missing important context. Currently, I go through past call notes, deal status, and customer information; however, it still seems to be a disorganized process.

I have heard that AI can help with CRM-ERP issues, but I was wondering whether AI is really resolving issues with duplicate, incomplete, and mismatched information, or if it is just making things even more complicated?
