Greenworks customer support confirmed it was a factory defect. A new wheel assembly will ship out tomorrow to me :)

I never got through via the customer support number, but got fast support via the online chat service from their website. Then, it switched to email.

I provided my SN, model number, invoice, and personal info (shipping address and phone number). Pretty easy overall.

I'm glad they are providing the right fix as I didn't need a whole new mower. To celebrate, I gave it a 45s wipe down with a damp rag :)

Do I call the 1-888-909-6757 number or is there a better way to get a warranty claim?

Do I try to fix it myself? The rivet broke, ugh.
