Can I do anything about telehealth doctor prescribing dangerous medication to 18F daughter?

My daughter is 18F, 5’3”, 89 lbs. She has severe anorexia nervosa and has been hospitalized multiple times and also been in residential treatment several times. Recently we saw claims on our insurance for Wellbutrin and Vyvanse. She was prescribed these by an online provider in another state who has never seen her in person and probably does not know her medical history or the fact that she is underweight.

It’s my understanding that both of these medications are very dangerous for her. Other providers when she was a minor made it clear to her and to us that she cannot take Wellbutrin or any stimulants.

However, since she is an adult, I know I can’t make medical decisions for her.

Is there anything at all that I can do to alert the pharmacist or doctor that she should not have been prescribed these medications?

I’m fostering, and probably foster-failing, a dog who came from a hoarding/BYB situation. She is 40 lbs and looks like a poodle except that she’s red merle. I got her Embarked because I wanted to know what she was mixed with and she came back as 100% poodle. I know that she must have had a non-poodle ancestor but it’s too far back to show up on her DNA test.

It I keep her and want to do rally and dock diving with her, would it be more appropriate to do PAL or Canine Partners?

With homeschooling, “unschooling,” and general neglect being issues that happen with some frequency, what do you do if you have, for example, a fifth grader who comes into school completely illiterate and not knowing simple math? Are students eligible for a 504 or IEP based on neglect if they don’t have an actual learning disability? Do they start at a lower grade level than their age would typically be placed in?

Not asking for myself, but I know a neglectful unschooling family and think the kids will eventually be put in school (even if it’s under court order) and I have wondered what will happen to them.

In general, how does it work? Does the hunter give them a pelt and say “find it?” or is each kind of hunting dog trained to just find one kind of prey? Or do the dogs just find whatever animal is nearby and the hunter goes along with it? How can any human on foot keep up with a dog running through the woods? Do baying hounds not scare the animal further away, when hunting is supposed to be quiet? How do the dogs not get lost? Are most of them pets when they’re not hunting or do they live in special kennels?
