When I'm on my opening screen on my Android, the "My Impact" screen with selected data appears at seemingly random times.

Yelp publishes selected facts all the time! Here is the latest Review Distribution. What stood out to me is my 1 star reviews are only about 2%! How do you compare?
I just had an Edit request approved and published in less than 10 minutes! In my years of experience, Yelp has been darn good at approving Edits. What has been your experience?
When I vote on my browser, I have "Helpful-Thanks-Love this-Oh no" choices.
When I vote on my Android, I have the old "Useful-Funny-Cool" choices.
I can find the totals for my browser votes but my Android vote totals are nowhere to be found.
What do you think HQ is up to? Which version do you like better?
