Hello dear people of reddit I am on my wits end and I come to you for all your infinite wisdom.

So During a brake bedding procedure, I hit a significant pothole on the driver's side while under heavy braking( the pot hole bent my rim and also loosened my outer say bar link). While the brakes where getting hotter and hotter the pedal became softer. but then after that I drove on the high way and then around the city but when I still press pedal I have to press it 85% of the way for it to actally start breaking

Here are my current symptoms The pedal is springy/spongy; it requires 2–3 pumps to reach a firm height but travel remains long. It does not sink to the floor. When the car is off so I dont think its the master cylinder.

The sponginess got progressively worse as the brakes got hotter during the bedding run.

Calipers have been torn down and re-greased. Rotors spin freely at all four corners.

What i have tried so far I have re greased all the slid pins and all the hardware.

I bled all the break fluid from all for Calipers and replaced with new stuff.

I also check all hoses they move a very very small amount when breaks are applied.

No leaks and the brakes fluid level does not drop like over night and no leaks under the car.

Do you think maybe air has gotten in to the abs system,

Or one of the hoses have gone bad internally?

I am really stumped here i really hope you people are able to help me.

Thank you for reading all this 🙏
