So, SCOOP is an organization created by Timekeeper and operates independently of TBD(no one there knows about it). It monitors and studies/analyzes the time flow (which TBD can't do for some reason). Also, CROB cookies shown in the second slide are there simply because they work for the TBD, not because they will all become playable in CRK(except for Croissant and Timekeeper). This doesn't mean they can't become playable, but it most likely won't happen right away in 2026.
