Hi guys! do you guys know if you have to pay the reservation fee first for your scholarship application, for it to be acknowledged? In this economy 8k is big na kasi ehh, and if i don't get a scholarship I wouldn't be able to study there, and that 8k would just be wasted, I really don't want that to happen, especially witnessing how much my parents suffer na huhuhuh
