Double cts operation

Heya, greeting from lovely belgium

So today i had both hands operated for cts,
I'm 35 and cts started slowly about 10 years ago from hard fysical work and pretty much never sleeping enough etc,

The operation went fine, took about 10 minutes total, felt some weird things but all in all no complaints.

Making my way to the car i almost passed out, it was very similar to excessive sporting without eating enough, people who go hard while sporting will know how this feels.

Had to sit down literally next to the car, after it passed i went home and about 9 hours later now one of my hands is swollen AF, like legit scary :D

picture of right hand after about 9h30min, left hand i left in bandage as it was not as tight after picture i rebandaged

Some notes :

  1. Hardly any pain, just around the incision area and a little bit of straining
  2. I have full feeling on all fingers, and this is the first time in 2 years actually being able to feel things on the bottom of my fingers
  3. My right hand was about 2 levels worse then my left on the cts scale, and was also very 'ignited/Inflamed ' ( doctor told me this during operation )
  4. reading some of this reddit i loosed the bandages by half i'd say and the swelling went noticeably down after about 30 minutes
  5. You might not see the swelling as much but the wrist nearly doubled in size and lower part of hand aswell :D
