Rules Question - Gifts of Nurgle, Sloppity Bilepipe, Spoilpox Scrivener etc.

I've got an old Nurgle army for Age of Sigmar which i plan to convert to ToW, I know Chaos Daemons are awful but since i have the army on the shelf i might as well.

But i'm not sure how these gifts of Nurgle work exactly, specifically the Spoilpox Scrivener and Sloppity Bilepipe, you take them as Daemonic gifts for a Daemon Prince or Great Unclean one etc, do they essentially just become cheap Daemonic Heralds of Nurgle and are basically independent? do you deploy them like detatchments?

Basically can someone explain how they work for me :)

Some humble Ogre Bulls, recently finished

I've been collecting, painting and playing Ogre Kingdom's pretty much since they were released back in 2005, i've always been of the view that they are some of the best looking, most versatile and well designed kits GW produced for Fantasy and no matter how big my collection gets (well over 5,000 points by now) i always find myself coming back to build and paint a batch of Ogres every few months.

The standard Ogre Bulls kit can feel a bit limiting in terms of posing as there are only a few different arm pose options, the head is pretty static (because Ogres don't really have a neck) and the body comes with pre-attached legs, but over the years i've got better and better at using some strategic clipping to vary them up and simple things like repositioning arms little goes a long way.

I know an Ogor Mawtribes refresh is imminent for AoS, but in my opinion i think you could release the original Ogre Kingdoms model range today and people would be blown away.
