Help!! Can’t dial in coffee on BB+
Hi! I bought a Bambino Plus on FB marketplace about 6 months ago and have been having trouble with it after about 2ish months. At first i thought it was my grinder (DF54) but now I’m thinking it might be an issue with my machine. My espresso is always coming out too fast & tasting bitter no matter how much I grind fine/add more or less coffee to the stock double shot single wall basket. I’m using the portafilter that came with the machine. I attached a video of the machine after clicking the single shot button, I notice a lot of steam coming out of it, is that normal? I have removed the shower screen to clean it, I’m thinking maybe it’s too tight or loose? The screw holding the shower screen looks weirdly short as if it’s broken but im not sure. I’ll attach a photo of the shower screen & screw in the comments. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
