



Reta update
I’ve been on Reta for about a month now and I haven’t seen much (if any) weight drop. I track my calories daily and I’m still able to hit above my protein goal and about 1600-1700 cals. But there are nights (usually closer to the next dose) where I binge and eat in a surplus. I’m trying to gradually up my dosage but I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Right now I’m 5’5 137 lbs. Any advice on what I should be doing differently? Should I stay at 1.5mg and wait it out? Last mirror pic is right before I started first two is current and last image is dosage.
