Looking for honest perspective from fellow SPED folks.

I’ve been in special education for over 20 years, and I built a simple tool to help with IEP progress tracking and data collection — basically trying to solve the “too many systems / not enough time” problem we all deal with.

I’m noticing a pattern I can’t quite figure out:

-Teachers sign up for a free trial

-They actually use it and say it helps

-But almost none convert to paid on their own

The only time it really sticks is when a district or admin rolls it out to a group — then people keep using it.

So I’m trying to understand what’s actually going on from a SPED teacher perspective.
