Got a promotional email for my Bday but I don’t recall signing up for this site. Though in email it has my Bday correct and a username close to the one I usually use so maybe I did? Though, a search in my email for any previous emails that would have the sign up verifications etc turned up nothing prior to the bday promo email. Is this site legit?

I can’t seem to reach anyone on this site. I have created tickets and attempted the chat and sent emails but only replies come from a chatbot. I referred 3 friends within 30 days and want to receive the advertised additional $50 dollar bonus. The referrals all met qualifications as I have received the $10 each for them.
