Found my old account from 2012, is this anything?
So I'm mostly a DS and GBA Pokemon guy, shiny hunting and the mainline games. I made a PokeMMO account back in 2012 when I was like 15, played for maybe 9 hours, and then kind of bounced off it. I remember feeling overwhelmed by everything going on and not really knowing what I was supposed to do.
Fast forward to recently, some PokeMMO videos got recommended to me and I was honestly surprised the game was still around and apparently still pretty popular. That got me curious, so I tried logging into my old account on a whim, managed to reset my password, and it actually worked. Super surprised it was still there.
I've heard old accounts and Pokemon from that era can be worth something, but I genuinely have no idea if that applies here. The team is pretty whatever, I barely got started. Just happy it survived!
Thinking about actually getting into the game for real this time. Should I keep going on this account or start fresh to preserve it? What do you guys think?
