I have a lead on an old Squire that has hail damage and some siding issues. I’m looking for a project and this is dirt cheap. Love the layout, and the inside seems pretty solid still.

Question, because the interwebs can’t seem to find me an example out there on planet earth, but if I wanted to rip the siding off, repair some moisture damage, and replace the siding with wood, is this feasible? Or is there a ton of additional support structuring I would need to add to support the wood?

It would be going on an F450, not overly worried about the weight.

Anyone seen someone do this? Point me to an example?
