Games where you can shop around for purely cosmetic things for your character?
The more options the better, I think the best baseline for this I can think of would be the Saint's Row series.
Sure you can buy weapons and ammo, the functional sales. But you can also buy clothing from quite a few different shops which you can also layer in most of the games, aside from 3 and 4. Also tattoos and jewellery. Plastic surgeon to change your appearance too.
I am just curious what other games might have things like this. I know GTA has it too, to a lesser degree. Red Dead Redemption 2 as well, I like that they have barbers along with it too.
And the more options the better, would be nice to know if there's a game out there that can even give Saint's Row 2 and it's reboot a run for their money in the shopping for cosmetics department.
