Level up with survey class
I keep hearing the advice “surveyors are always hiring” which is true in my area. I see two types of jobs posted constantly- field techs and CAD designers. One surveyor who I talked to recommended the classes at Renton Technical College as a refresher to CAD (I had taken a class before) specifically geared toward surveying and using AutoCad Civil 3D. There’s a non-credit, fully online, continuing education course that is $300 (cheapest I’ve seen for a CAD class) and the class was supposed to start today but is pushed off for a week to allow more people to register. It may be canceled for low enrollment, so please help me out by registering and we can all level up our skills in this tough GIS market. 🤗
