Professionals, how many hives are you on?

I'll be honest, I'm a new developer, but i'm simultaneously working on 5 apps at once. Each are in their own phase with the leader "Weather Manager" only about a week away and still holding 22 installs. I'm considering dumping some dough on the hive credits. Just wondering how many people here have multiple apps being developed. Do you have multiple hives for multiple apps, or multiple hives for one?

RootRecord ecosystem update — mobile betas, web account, what’s next (May 2026)

Quick status across the board.

Mobile
Still running closed testing on the Android apps right now. Weather Manager has had the most beta attention lately and is the one we expect to go public first (always pending store review and last-mile fixes — we’ll announce when it’s actually live on Play).

Business Manager and the rest of the lineup are still in active development / testing in parallel; Weather isn’t “the only project,” it’s just the first wider storefront launch lined up.

Web & accounts
The main site is https://rootrecord.info — product pages, pricing (free / monthly / lifetime), account signup, and billing for managing plans. Same RootRecord account idea carries across all products. One account, all apps.

API / backend
Core services continue to run behind the production API (https://api.rootrecord.info). Mobile apps and the account portal lean on that stack; we’re not “frontend-only.”

Solana / on-chain tooling
Public tooling for Solana users lives at https://solana.rootrecord.info (separate from the marketing site; we keep that boundary clean).

Custom work
If you need something bespoke (white-label, integrations, app build ideas), the site has paths to reach us — I read those seriously, even when heads-down on the store launch.

Community
Best place for day-to-day chatter, beta coordination, and bug reports: https://discord.gg/CPaDYuFkU
Reddit’s great for announcements and async questions; I’ll keep posting here when something material ships.

I've been grinding on a bunch of practical tools under the name RootRecord — stuff like business tracking, weather alerts, that kind of thing. A while back I kept running into the same problem: every token launcher wanted 0.05–0.1 SOL or more, plus subscriptions, forced liquidity, or weird upsells. So I just shipped my own at solana.rootrecord.info. It's dead simple, non-custodial, and only charges a flat 0.025 SOL. No account needed for the basics. You sign everything yourself in your wallet. I built it the way I'd want to use it. Here's the full walkthrough so you can actually use it. Quick background Real on-chain cost for a token is around 0.01 SOL. The rest is usually just platform margin. I wanted something cleaner and cheaper, especially since I actually run real ops tools and hate wasting time or money. Everything uses standard Solana programs (SPL, Token-2022, Metaplex, Raydium). No custom contracts, no custody, nothing sketchy. Full docs are public on GitHub too if you want to dig in. Step-by-step: Creating your token

  1. Head over to solana.rootrecord.info Connect your wallet (Phantom, Backpack, Solflare — whatever you normally use). Works on mobile too but desktop is smoother.
  2. Hit the big "Create Token" button.
  3. Fill in the basics:
    • Token name
    • Symbol
    • Decimals (9 is usually fine)
    • Initial supply if you want some right away
    • Description
    • Upload your logo (PNG or JPG)
  4. Advanced stuff (this part is actually good) You can turn on Token-2022 extensions right there — transfer hooks, permanent delegate, metadata pointer, whatever. The UI explains what each one does so you’re not guessing.
  5. Review the fee screen It shows you the breakdown clearly: on-chain fees + my flat 0.025 SOL. No surprises.
  6. Approve the transaction in your wallet It uses versioned transactions so it’s efficient. Once you confirm, the mint address pops up immediately.

After that you get a bunch of one-click tools on the same page:

  • Revoke mint authority
  • Revoke freeze
  • Update metadata
  • Create Raydium CPMM pool
  • Add/remove liquidity
  • Bulk send tokens

Super handy when you’re in the flow. Little tips I learned while building it

  • Metadata gets pinned to IPFS automatically (server side, your keys never touch it).
  • For memecoins the flow is stupid fast: create → revoke authorities → add liquidity.
  • You can switch to devnet to test first if you’re paranoid.
  • Keep your own notes on the mint address. I built half this ecosystem because I hate hunting through browser history.

Honest comparison (May 2026)

Launcher Fee Subs? Full Token-2022? Vibe
RootRecord 0.025 SOL No Yes Clean and simple
Others 0.05–0.12+ Often Spotty Pushy with upsells

Links

Not here to spam you — this is just one piece of what I’m building. If it saves you some SOL or headaches, I’d love to hear how it went. Drop comments with what’s missing or what you want next (more Raydium stuff? Better mobile experience?). Happy launching. Keep it fair and don’t overpay for tools.— RootRecord

This is my first android app and I'm really eager to get things moving. I've got everything done up to the 12 tester requirement. Friends and family are not tech minded at all, and they freak out over anything that isn't some mega tech company. Serious trust issues.

https://preview.redd.it/2qmlq43653yg1.jpg?width=572&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b7318ea88ef00cae585c148231a66e5889382647

I'm looking for anyone who might be interested in helping me through this testing requirement. Many thanks!

Edit:
I just setup a discord channel to help organize this.

I got tired of overpaying for cost bloated token tools.

So I built our own.

solana.rootrecord.info

— a fast, transparent, and genuinely cheap SPL & Token-2022 token creator that respects your SOL and your time.

Why RootRecord Token Creator Stands Out

  • Create a full token for just 0.025 SOL(Most competitors charge 0.05 – 0.40 SOL. Real on-chain cost is ~0.01 SOL.)
  • Everything in one clean flowName, symbol, supply, description, logo (auto-uploaded to IPFS via Pinata), website, Twitter, Telegram — all set in seconds.
  • Built-in securityOne-click Revoke Mint Authority and Revoke Freeze Authority right after creation. No more forgetting and getting rugged.
  • Token-2022 ReadyOptional advanced extensions (transfer fees, metadata updates, custom hooks, etc.) for serious projects.
  • Zero bullshit No server ever sees your private keys. No hidden fees. No forced liquidity or upsells during creation. Clean, professional interface that matches the rest of RootRecord.

You keep more of your SOL. You ship faster. You stay in control.

Perfect For

  • Serious projects that want clean, renounced tokens
  • Memecoin launches (fast & cheap = more iterations)
  • Developers testing new ideas
  • Teams that value transparency and low costs

Built with the RootRecord Philosophy

Just like the rest of our tools:

  • Maximum privacy (client-side only)
  • Minimal fees
  • Beautiful, intuitive design
  • Actually useful

This is the tool we wish existed when we started building on Solana.

Try it now →

https://solana.rootrecord.info/create

Connect your wallet, fill in the details, and launch in under 60 seconds.

Already launched something with it? Drop your token address below — happy to check it out.

More tools coming soon: → One-click Raydium liquidity pools → Bulk multisender → Treasury management tools → And whatever the community asks for next.
