As the title states, my life completely fell apart after I ETSd. Car got totaled, lost my job, falling into serious debt, behind on bills but hey, at least I got an honorable discharge, right?? I'm slowly spiraling...
Edit for those assuming: I had a plan, plan went to shit. I try not to put too much detail in the post about my situation because I don't know if others that know me have reddit. I get the feeling some of you guys are the reason the Army has horrible leadership. To those who have reached out, offered advice, and positivity thank you. I don't make posts like this cause I don't like feeling like I'm attention seeking. Not in my nature. Just needed a place where I can be anonymous and vent a bit
This person ran a red light and hit the right side of my car preventing the door from opening. Haven't had my 2025 vehicle for a year(bought it August 1) my third accident since moving to Rockford. I've never been in an accident until I moved out here 😒 he gave incorrect information. The only correct information he gave was his name. Called his "insurance company" and they couldn't find him in the system. The incident occurred in December. The police department couldn't do anything because the report was one sided. He gave me his girl's number and then I got blocked. He even admitted to the cops he ran the red and nothing was done. I was told to collect his information and that was it. All I wanted him to do was just give the correct information so the insurance companies could handle it. JUST FIX MY DOOR
