Judge Lars ordered 2 million dollars paid to Jordan Knight from the state account because of a bad shoot by Ava, this amount is 66% of the whole budget according to Windsong. The bad shoot(according to Lars) was a situation where Ava witnessed Jordan shooting a gang member to the back with a shotgun after they harrassed him in a alleyway. Jordan dumped the shotgun and the gang members opened fire on Jordan, he ran towards the street and the cops initially with his hands up, he then lowered his hands and took cover, while Ava (who just a minute prior, witnessed him shoot), ordered him to stay where he is and put his hands back up, he then started to run towards Ava, who thought he was still armed and dangerous, shot him two or three times before he put his hands back up and surrendered.

Oiler Judge Lars came up clutch yet again.
