Throat wear - extreme?

Look, I know the rule. Throw the borescope in the trash. I get it. But please skip that advice today because I use the thing to check for carbon rings and make sure my cleaning has worked before matches.
My 6.5 PRC MPA barrel gave up. It used to shoot 0.75 MOA. Now it shoots 3 MOA. (The drop I think was sudden). Approx 600 rounds.
I scrubbed the throat hard before my last range trip. But the groups still went everywhere. I can see copper further down the tube. And the grooves still have carbon in them. It seems there is carbon ring in the pic. But in real observation I see that’s gone now.
Do these pics show crazy throat wear? I see the gator skin. But is it bad enough to ruin my groups this much?
I have three spare barrels sitting in the closet. So I can put a new one on right now. I just want to know if this barrel is toast before I take it off. Let me know what you think.
