I recently bought a used M Pen Gen 1 but when I charge it, it's always stuck at 0%. Why is that? I kept it charging for a while and it's still stuck at 0% and unusable. What should I do?

I'm wondering if the m pencil first generation (with charger) is compatible? If not, what m pencil is compatible? I find it hard to find m pencil in my country, it's also pretty expensive. I have a matepad 11.5 2023 (BTK-W09)
