Verification passed and account was locked 1h after the new verification
I don't know what's going on at n26 right now, but their way of handling this change is not looking good. They told me that my account would be locked on the 11th of May and I would need to verify with my documents. That happened at 12pm today, and I successfully verified myself. 1h after that, they locked my account again. Is there anyone here from the support team who can look into this?
