is it just me or are there some differences in the versions of Hot Wheels Turbo Racing in both the N64, PS1 and the game's trailer?

i have noticed this a long time ago when playing the game. here are some examples i saw:

behind the Twin Mill 2, there seems to be the Speed Blaster but with a completely different texture that isnt in the game.

In the N64 version of Snake River Mine, there is a two buildings on the side of the left cliff with a watermill

however, in the PS1 version of Snake River Mine, the two buildings and watermill are both missing!

in the PS1 version, its missing a water stop from the N64 version of the game.

in the PS1 version of Dawn Encounter, the sign at the start of the track is missing a buffalo skull compared to the N64 version.

in the trailer of the game at around 0:16 seconds of the video, you can see a little wooden cabin on the side to the right while it's missing completely in both the N64 and PS1 version.

i have no idea what this could be, perhaps potentially it was originally was the HUI of the game was supposed to look like?

  • i searched on the internet for anyone that covered the game and the different details that both its final or ports are missing from either the Beta or other port versions.
