Is it possible to turn this photo of my late father into something artistic or even restore that I could put on my wall? I’m open to anything. My dad is the cool cat without the hat in the middle. Not sure if something”pop art” or even just restored but it’s one of my favorite pics of him. Will pay, if that’s allowed.
