I have a 2 bedroom apartment i share with my husband and kids. My best friend came to stay a few months back and never left. She ultimately started dating a guy who got kicked out of his home he came to stay here too. They broke up yesterday beyond repair he was cheating! Do I have to get an eviction notice for him or do I have to let him stay and crash on my couch? She asked him to leave and he agreed but now hes telling me he has no money and no where to go what do I legally have to do here. Neither are on the lease.
